Although there are no restrictions on the fairground about COVID-19, to prevent the spread of the disease:
- Keep social distance (at least 1 meter) between you and other people, even if they seem healthy.
- Wear a mask where physical distancing is not possible.
- Clean your hands frequently. To clean, wash with soap and water. Use cologne or
alcohol-based disinfectant where it is not possible to wash your hands.
- Cover your nose and mouth with the inside of your elbow or a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
- If you feel unwell, leave the fairground.
Measures taken in the fair area;
- Hygiene warnings are placed in both Turkish and English.
- Separate turnstiles are used for entrances and exits.
- In order to avoid long queues at the entrance, visitors are directed to receive online entrance invitations.
- People who appear to be suspected of Covid are not allowed to enter the fairground.
- Cleaning services in the fair area are provided regularly with disinfectant solutions approved by the ministry with a “Biocidal Product License”.
- Ambulance and health team are available during installation, dismantling and event periods.
- C. Ministry of Health guidelines are applied in ring buses.
- In order to minimize the risk of contamination, cloakroom service is not provided.
- Corridors in halls are planned at least 3 meters in order to maintain social distance.
- In cases where visitors have to make any payments, they are encouraged to make non-cash payments, preferably contactless.
- Participating companies are recommended to have a sufficient number of masks and disinfectants in their stands for their personnel.
- Participating companies are advised not to distribute any products, including promotions and gifts. If they are to be distributed, the materials should be disinfected and given individually.
